Late Night Improv - Part 2 Part 2 of a late night improvisation session recorded in August 2007, by James Provan & Mike Plenty. We are using two midi keyboards wired up to an iMac running Reason 3.0 - we didn't rehearse this and we are making it up as we go along. All parts played live, so it's a little rough! We filmed it with 3 cameras. I am the dude with black hair. Mike's profile: youtube.com/user/groovymike83 :[GiR2007][groovymike83][improvisation][improv][reason][3.0][live][music] |

Piano Improv by James Provan This is me improvising on a piano. Okay, there are some bad notes and stuff, but that happens when I improvise. I've been wanting to upload a video like this for quite a while now, so here you go! I don't have sheet music for this (because it's improvised) so don't ask. Shot with three cameras, two sony V1 and a DVX 100b Filmed, edited & produced by James Provan & Mike Plenty :[James][Provan][GiR2007][piano][improv][improvisation] |

Sunrise, Aberdeen Scotland I went out this morning to the beach at sunrise with my camera and this is the result.. I wasn't going to post it, but I decided what the heck.. I forgot to take my tripod mount so I had to shoot it all handheld so it looks a bit shaky. Music is a very short piece of me playing strings on my keyboard. :[Aberdeen][Scotland][Sunrise][Beach][GiR2007][James][Provan] |

Barry's Struggle This is a true story about the mistreatment of sheep in modern society. Barry has been discriminated against many times and badly mistreated by humans, this his is tale. Music and sound all composed specially for this video by me. This video actually is a true story because one of the sheep I used in my previous videos was actually used as a cloth by a heating engineer! He left the sheep in the attick, wrapped in a newspaper, exactly as it was in this video... and my mother rescued him. This is the first video I edited on my new mac pro, using final cut studio 2.. it's taking me a while to get used to but I think I'm getting there. Thanks to Nick for the Baaaa and to my dad for playing the engineer, and my mum for washing the sheep.. :[gir2007][sheep][are][fluffy][barry][the][society][music][stop][motion] |
